Legend has it, the picture above is of the first camper to pull off of Highway 10 and stay at Hillcrest Acres in 1956. Hillcrest Acres RV Park (Bismarck's first RV Park until we are told otherwise) was started in 1956 by Elmer and Velora Bethke with 14 sites and has grown over the years to 66 sites.  The Bethke family operated Hillcrest Acres from 1956-1998 when they transferred ownership to the Klaudt family who ran it until 2007. Hillcrest Acres Inc. operated the park from 2007- 2017. In late fall of  2017 Hillcrest Acres saw new ownership by BSBW LLC.  Starting in the 2018 season the new owners have been dedicated to providing an enjoyable customer experience. The 2019 season kicked of with the purchase and clean-up of the adjacent property to the west, new signage, upgrades WIFI and other site improvements. In 2020, the some sites have been repositioned along with major electrical upgrades in order to make larger and better functioning sites. We will continue with upgrades and improvements every year and look forward to seeing you at Hillcrest Acres RV Park in Bismarck ND!
